Returns & Refund Policy

We built chromacloset around one simple idea: when you shop with us, you should feel confident—not just in the products you choose, but in the way we stand behind them. That’s why our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, generous, and most importantly, fair.


1. When Things Don’t Go as Planned

We understand that sometimes, things just aren’t right. Maybe the size didn’t fit. Maybe the color looked different in person. Maybe—though we do our best—it arrived with a flaw. Whatever the case, we’re here to help.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 180 days of receiving your order. That’s right—six full months to decide.


2. What You Can Return

We accept returns for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase, such as your email confirmation or packing slip.
  • Sale or final clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Personalized or custom-made products (such as custom prints or monograms) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order—we want you to love what you receive.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us within 180 days of receiving your product. You can contact us through our Contact page or by emailing support@chromacloset.com.

In your message, please include the following:

  • The name used on the order
  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Photos, if the product was damaged or incorrect
  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement

We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps. We’re here to make this easy.


4. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or defective items: We’ll cover the return shipping costs in full.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind, sizing issues): Return shipping may be at the customer’s expense.

We’ll provide you with clear return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back before receiving approval, as this may delay your refund.


5. Sending Your Item Back

Once your return is approved, here’s what to do:

  1. Package the item securely. Include your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number.
  2. Ship the return. Use a trusted courier or your local postal service. If we provided a prepaid label, simply follow the instructions included.
  3. Send us the tracking number if possible, so we can monitor its status and speed up the process on our end.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email within 2–5 business days.


6. Refunds & Replacements

If your return is approved, you can choose between two options:

  • A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days after approval)
  • A replacement item shipped to you at no extra cost (subject to availability)

Please note: original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


7. A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • We do not offer returns for customer mistakes such as typos, incorrect image uploads, or ordering the wrong size—unless the product you received differs from what was ordered.
  • Items that do not meet our return eligibility (e.g., worn, washed, missing tags) may not be accepted and could be returned to you at your expense.
